These terms and conditions are legally binding. By creating an account on dhaka7 or using any part of the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using dhaka7.

1 General Rules

dhaka7 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between dhaka7 and all its users. These terms may change at any time; continued use of the platform after a change is considered acceptance of that change.

Users must confirm on their own responsibility that online gaming is legal in their area. dhaka7 makes no guarantee about the legality of the service in any particular area.

1.1 Definitions

"Platform" means dhaka7's website, mobile app and all related services.
"User" or "Member" means any person who holds a registered account.
"Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by dhaka7 that cannot be withdrawn before meeting specified wagering requirements.
"Net Loss" means the difference remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

1.2 Language and Communication

These terms and conditions may be available in both Bangla and English. If there is a difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Bangla version will take precedence. Users can contact dhaka7's 24/7 live chat or email for support — both are available in Bangla and English.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on dhaka7, a user must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account. dhaka7 may request a national identity card or other documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration

All information provided when opening an account — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. An account opened with incorrect or false information may be closed at any time and the balance in that account may be forfeited.

2.3 Single Account

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, they will be permanently closed. Multiple accounts operated by the same household or from the same device may be subject to investigation.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or sharing your credentials is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the dhaka7 support team immediately.

2.5 Right to Close Accounts

dhaka7 may temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account for any reason, in particular for violations of these terms. dhaka7 will endeavour to provide reasonable justification, but is not required to give a detailed explanation in every case.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Rules

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dhaka7 currently accepts three mobile wallets for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

Transactions below the amounts stated above will not be processed. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour.

3.3 Ownership Verification

Users may only deposit from a mobile wallet registered in their own name and may only withdraw to that same wallet. Using a third party's wallet is not permitted and may result in funds being held or the account being suspended.

3.4 Use of Deposited Funds

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting activities. If any illegal or suspicious activity is detected, dhaka7 reserves the right to hold the funds and conduct an investigation.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

dhaka7 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered from the bonus funds before any winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Weekly Reload Reward

dhaka7's weekly reload reward gives a 30% bonus on any one deposit per week, up to a maximum of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 18 times and the minimum deposit is ৳200.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds are completely separate from real money — winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement for that bonus is met.
If multiple bonus offers are active at the same time, they may not be combinable.
If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited.
dhaka7 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotional offer or discontinue an offer at any time.
A bonus is not free cash in any sense — a deposit is required to receive a bonus and specific wagering requirements must be met.

4.4 VIP Cashback

The dhaka7 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses and ranges from 0.3% to a maximum of 1.5% depending on tier. For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games and betting markets on dhaka7 operate under defined rules. dhaka7 does not guarantee winnings arising from a technical error or system fault. dhaka7 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds or under faulty conditions.

5.2 Automated Tools Prohibited

The use of any robotic software, automation tools or artificial assistance when placing bets or playing games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

5.3 Finality of Results

In sports betting, the result announced by the relevant sports authority is final. In live casino and slot games, the result produced by the software is final. If you have an objection to a result, you must contact the dhaka7 support team within 48 hours.

5.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary per game or betting market. dhaka7 may set or change bet limits on any account at its own discretion.

6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

6.1 Core Principle

dhaka7 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it is meant to be enjoyed within a set budget, not used as a source of income. Users are advised to bet within their means in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their own account. If needed, a request can be made to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for a specified period. Contact the support team to use these options.

6.3 Protection of Minors

Users must ensure that no one under 21 years of age can access their device or account. Allowing minors to use the platform is a direct violation of these terms.

7 Data Protection and Privacy

Copying, distributing or modifying any content for purposes other than personal use is prohibited.
Marketing any product or service using dhaka7's name, logo or brand identity is not permitted.
Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify the platform's software is prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

dhaka7 endeavours to keep the platform running at all times, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, network issues or unforeseen circumstances. dhaka7 will not be liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Games

The games available on dhaka7 are developed by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and many others. dhaka7 is not directly responsible for the RTP, gameplay or errors of these games.

9.3 Internet Connection

dhaka7 is not responsible for any loss if a game or bet is not completed due to the user's own internet connection. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

10 Prohibited Activities

If any of the following activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant funds may be forfeited:

Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses
Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
Coordinating with other users to produce artificial results
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the system
Operating an account under a false identity
Operating an account using a third party's funds

11 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

11.3 Final Decision

In every dispute, the decision of dhaka7's management will be considered final. However, users may still pursue their rights through available legal channels.

12 General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.

12.2 No Waiver

If dhaka7 does not enforce a term in a particular situation, this will not be considered a permanent waiver of that term.

12.3 Entire Agreement
